Description
Edit: A kind deviant pointed out that this is the short version of the animation. I uploaded it completely without thinking! I tried to edit the deviation to replace the file, but since I can't, here's the longer version that looks much better.
You know what? After an entire semester of animation, you'd think that a simple 16-ish frame animation would be a piece of cake. WRONG. This was horrifying. IT HAD TWO SETS OF LEGS THAT I ANIMATED SEPARATELY. There were so many passes I had to go through in order to get this looking at least mildly acceptable. Never again.
... I take that back. I'll probably have to do this again sometime in the future, hopefully when I get employed.
We had to create a horse character that would be fit for our character to own, so I made this guy. He's so dang happy. And stupid. Probably stupid because he's happy and happy because he's stupid. He's also so stupid he's magical, but he doesn't realize that because he can't.. Really, with a head that large, there's no way physics alone could keep it off the ground. Poor horse. Poor Melvin.
